Authentic Edwardian Sterling Silver & Cut Glass Vanity Box - London 1910
This exquisite antique dressing table jar is a prime example of high-quality Edwardian craftsmanship. The piece features a heavy, oval-shaped cut glass body with faceted sides that reflect light beautifully.
The Solid Sterling Silver lid is decorated with a stunning engine-turned Guilloché pattern (sunburst radiating from the center) and a classic hand-engraved monogram. Notably, the interior of the lid retains its original Gold Wash (Vermeil), a luxurious detail used to prevent the silver from tarnishing due to its contents.
